PB, Banana + Cacao Kefir Smoothie

Sometimes I just need a rich chocolate treat. One that will actually satisfy and fill my tummy.

This recipe does just the trick! The rich cacao (ka-cow) gives you superfoods + flavor. Plus a natural Peanut Butter and a slight tangy taste of kefir. . .oh so good.

You’ll need:

  • 2 cups fresh kefir

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup Adam’s Peanut Butter (or fresh ground PB)

  • 1/4 cup Cacao (free trade brands)

  • Protein powder of choice - I love using Complete by Juice plus+, French vanilla

From there,

I blend up the kefir with the banana.

Add Peanut Butter.

Then add powders.

I choose to do frozen, ripe bananas because I like it to be cold. With them ripe it makes it a tinge sweeter.
