Golden Turmeric Latte Recipe

It’s a great drink to help you wake up in the morning and get you out of bed and ready to seize the day!

OR

It can nourish and soothe you after a loooong hard day. You and your children are deserving of this deliciously sweet and creamy raw milk latte any day!

Alright, here’s the recipe—

Golden Latte

(serving size for two, 8 oz cups)

• 2 cups Raw Milk

• 2 TBSP Raw Honey

• 2 Raw Egg Yolks (fresh-pasture raised)

• 1/2 tsp Turmeric

• 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon 

• 1/4 tsp Cardamom

• 1/4 tsp Vanilla (make your own, it’s amazing! We’ll touch on vanilla in another blog soon 😉)

Warm your milk to 110-115 degrees F (think hot but not too hot)

Mix your honey

Whip in your egg yolk

Whip in the spices and vanilla
